Hydro Engineering Solutions is a newly established water treatment engineering firm, based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. We were founded by specialist engineers with the conviction that Bangladesh's industrial and municipal sectors deserve rigorous, transparent, and accountable engineering — not resellers, not general contractors, not imported equipment with local assembly.
Our Mission
Engineering cleaner water for Bangladesh.
We exist to solve Bangladesh's most pressing water treatment challenges — the factory that cannot pass its DoE audit, the residential tower that needs BNBC-compliant sewage treatment, the municipality facing declining source water quality.
We deliver solutions under a single contract: process engineering design, civil construction, electromechanical installation, chemicals supply, commissioning, and operator training. The client gets one contract, one point of accountability, and measurable results.

Transparency first
We are honest about what we have done and what we have not done. We produce detailed costed proposals — not vague estimates designed to look competitive until after contract signature.
Site-specific design
Every system starts from an inlet water analysis and site survey. We do not apply catalogue specifications to facilities with different flow rates, inlet chemistries, and discharge requirements.
Regulatory accuracy
Our designs target Bangladesh DoE ECR 2023 discharge parameters from the first concept — so the system as built meets the standard the regulator actually enforces, not an approximation of it.
Named accountability
Our engineers sign the drawings. When something is wrong, you know who to call. We do not sub-contract design responsibility and then disclaim the outcome.
Technology on merit
We specify the technology — SBR, MBBR, UASB, RO, evaporation — that delivers the best result for your application. We do not have equipment supplier arrangements that bias our recommendations.
Long-term thinking
A plant that passes commissioning but fails within a year has not delivered. We design for reliable ongoing operation — specifying O&M-friendly components and offering lifecycle AMC support.
