Md. Omar Farook is an established entrepreneur and the founder of Cooltech Corporation, a recognised HVAC and air-conditioning business in Bangladesh. Since establishing Cooltech in 2005, he has grown the company from its early residential air-conditioning operations into a broader business serving commercial, industrial, and institutional clients.

Under his leadership, Cooltech has built a strong market presence and extensive client base, while developing Cooltech as its own air-conditioning brand. His entrepreneurial journey reflects a proven ability to build businesses, develop lasting partnerships, and turn market opportunities into sustainable ventures.

As Chairman of Hydro Engineering Solutions, Md. Omar Farook brings his experience in entrepreneurship, business development, strategic partnerships, and client relationships to the company. His leadership provides the business vision and commercial direction that complement Hydro's engineering capabilities and support its ambition to become a trusted and growth-oriented engineering company.

With more than 15 years of experience in water and wastewater treatment and process engineering, Engr. Arnab Barua brings extensive industrial experience and a practical engineering perspective to Hydro Engineering Solutions.

His career spans diverse industrial environments, including Sugar Refinery, Caustic Soda, Hydrogen Peroxide, and water and wastewater treatment facilities. This experience has shaped a strong understanding of industrial processes and the challenges involved in developing treatment solutions that perform reliably in real-world conditions.

As Managing Director, Engr. Arnab leads Hydro Engineering Solutions with a clear focus on innovation, engineering excellence, and practical solutions that create lasting value for clients. His approach is straightforward: understand the problem, design the right solution, and deliver systems that perform in practice.
